The Vespera pairs a responsive open-cell foam core with a soft, moisture-wicking cover woven for breathability. The removable cover is machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle and should be air dried. Spot clean the core as needed, and air it out regularly to keep it fresh — never machine wash or submerge the core itself.
Sleep on the Vespera in your own home for a full 90 nights. It usually takes a few weeks for your body to adjust to a new level of support, so we encourage you to give it time. If it isn't the right fit within those 90 nights, simply reach out and we'll arrange a return for a full refund — no questions and no restocking fees.
Orders are processed within one business day and ship free across Canada. Most addresses receive their Vespera within 6-8 business days, with more remote regions taking up to 10. You'll receive tracking details by email the moment your order leaves our facility so you can follow it right to your door.
Every Vespera is backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and premature loss of support, such as the core failing to recover its shape under normal use. If something isn't right, contact our team with your order details and we'll repair or replace your pillow at no cost.
Returns are simple and free within the 90-night trial. Email our support team and we'll send a prepaid shipping label along with easy instructions. Once your pillow is on its way back, we'll process your full refund to the original payment method — most refunds land within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.
